There are two ways to request vaccine status:
Download the NHS App, this is the easiest and most convenient way. You can also get a paper copy of your vaccine status by downloading a PDF straight from the app.
Call 119 and request a paper letter from the NHS. You should receive one in five working days. Only call if you have less than four weeks until you travel.
